Pro Max Exteriors was founded by Max Grotsky and Viktoriia Tiora — a family team based in Vancouver, BC.
We started this company because we kept seeing the same story: homeowners hire a crew, the work gets done by whoever shows up that day, and when something goes wrong there's nobody to call. No accountability. No follow-through.
We built Pro Max Exteriors differently. Max is on every job site personally. Every quote comes in writing. Every warranty is enforceable. And if something unexpected comes up during the work — we stop, show you, and get your written sign-off before we continue.

Every project follows the same process regardless of scope:
Written quote before anything starts. Fixed price, in writing. Nothing changes without your signature. If we find something unexpected during tear-off — hidden rot, compromised framing — we stop, photograph it, show you, and get written approval before continuing.
Owner on every job site. Max personally oversees every project. Not a site supervisor. Not a foreman you've never met. The person whose name is on the company.
Free design mockup before we start. For siding projects, we show you exactly what your home will look like with new cladding — colours, materials, finished result — before a single panel comes off.
5-year workmanship warranty in writing. Not a verbal promise. A document you can enforce.
